2. Description of Services FlooringProsUSA operates as a free, independent marketing and lead-generation service. We connect homeowners and property managers with local, independent flooring contractors.
We are not contractors: FlooringProsUSA does not perform flooring installations, repairs, or any construction services.
We do not guarantee work: We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or warranties of the work performed by the independent contractors in our network.
Independent contracts: Any agreement, contract, or financial transaction made for flooring services is strictly between you and the independent contractor. FlooringProsUSA is not a party to those agreements.
3. User Responsibilities When using our Site to request a quote, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your contact details and project needs.
Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not for any fraudulent inquiries.
4. Communications and SMS/Text Messaging By submitting your information through our quote request forms, you expressly consent to be contacted by FlooringProsUSA and our network of independent contractors.

5. Release from Liability Because FlooringProsUSA acts solely as a matching service, you agree to release FlooringProsUSA (and our officers, directors, affiliates, and employees) from any damages or claims of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unknown, arising out of or connected with your interactions with the independent contractors we connect you with.
You are solely responsible for validating the licenses, insurance, and qualifications of any service provider you hire.
6. Intellectual Property All content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces on this Site are the property of FlooringProsUSA and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material from this Site without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlooringProsUSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
